Monte Hudson

Monte Hudson is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at Stryker since June 2021, Monte previously held the position of Regional Manager at Boston Scientific from May 2007 to April 2021, where notable achievements included achieving top 3 national rankings for several consecutive years and leading a team of 8 Territory Managers. Monte's earlier tenure at Johnson and Johnson MD&D from January 2001 to May 2007 involved managing sales efforts for ophthalmic devices and achieving consistent top region performance, along with developing multiple team members for advanced roles. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Monte has consistently demonstrated leadership and training capabilities throughout a successful career, including field sales training both domestically and internationally.
