Neysa Alicea

Neysa Alicea, MSME MBA, has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, having worked at Collins Aerospace from July 2009 to May 2011 in various engineering roles including R&D Mechanical Engineer, Pumps/Dynamics Analyst, A350 Nacelle Project Manager, and Emergency Power Engineer. Key responsibilities included analyzing and implementing new technologies, improving product performance, managing projects and budgets, and leading the design and manufacturing of critical aircraft systems. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Stryker since November 2021, Neysa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, a Master of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
