Pat Sweeney

Pat Sweeney is a motivated and experienced Principal Engineer at Stryker, where they lead process improvements and implement automated solutions. With a strong background in engineering, Pat previously held roles as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Keltech Engineering and an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker, where they led various process development projects. Pat also earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Munster Technological University and holds a BSc in Computer Aided Manufacturing Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology. Throughout their career, Pat has been recognized for their ability to foster collaboration and drive process advancements across diverse teams.
