Phil Arledge is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing software development teams and IT service delivery. Starting as an IT Infrastructure Administrator at Stryker Instruments, Phil successfully negotiated a contract that resulted in significant cost savings. Progressing to IT Manager for Web Applications, Phil built and managed a global software development team. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Web Applications at Stryker, Phil oversees a team of technical resources to deliver systems and services while also defining governance for managed services in the role of IS Service Management Senior Manager. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Michigan State University.
