Pia Baum is a Senior WMF Specialist with a strong background in International Business and Management, having graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Groningen in July 2023. Previously, Pia worked as a Tech Recruiter at Picnic Technologies from 2021 to 2023 and contributed to various roles including HR Operations Specialist and Human Resources Assistant. Additionally, Pia completed a Bachelor thesis on Employer Branding during their time at Rheinmetall Group. With interests in Supply Chain and HR, Pia is currently seeking exciting international opportunities and is open to relocating outside of Germany.
