With a background in R&D management, Quaiser previously directed global teams in software and firmware development for Stryker Endoscopy and has extensive experience in project management from roles at Cargotec and Larsen & Toubro. Quaiser's career began in embedded systems and software at CMC Ltd and the Indian Air Force, demonstrating a consistent focus on technology and innovation. Quaiser holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Z H College of Engineering & Technology, Aligarh.
