Reginald Mingot is the Supply Chain Director at Stryker, a position held since 2013. Previously, Reginald served as the Associate Director of Material & Continuous Improvements at Zimmer for a brief period in 2013. Before that, Reginald accumulated extensive experience at GE, including roles as Operations Manager and Engineering Manager between 2007 and 2013. Reginald earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, graduating in 2004.
