Rich Mitchell

Rich Mitchell is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the robotics and medical device sectors, currently serving as Program Manager for Stryker Robotics since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rich spent nearly three decades at Stryker in various capacities, including Manager of Robotic Power Tools Test Engineering and Engineering Services Manager, overseeing multiple teams in prototyping, engineering, and development for medical products. Rich's military experience includes serving as a Civil Affairs NCO in the US Army, where responsibilities included overseeing humanitarian operations and civil actions in combat zones such as Afghanistan and Kosovo. Rich holds a Machinist Certificate in Machine Tool Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and completed several military education programs.
