Rob Fair

Rob Fair is currently the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting at Stryker Orthopaedics. They have held various financial roles, including Director of Trauma Finance at Stryker from 2011 to 2017, and previously served as a Controller at Katz & Associates from 1997 to 2007. Prior to that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Sony Electronics from 1987 to 1993 and a Management Consultant at Resources Global Professionals from 2007 to 2010. Rob also worked as a Business Sales Consultant for First Choice Business Brokers from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Business Analyst at American Management Systems in 1996-1997. They are currently pursuing a BBA in Finance at Pace University.
