Rob Mills

Rob Mills has extensive experience in finance leadership roles across various prominent companies. From June 2018 to June 2023, Rob served as Finance Director and Managing Director for the UK and Ireland at Stryker and previously as Finance Director for the UK. Before that, Rob was the OUS Financial Controller at BTG plc from September 2016 to June 2018. Rob's career also includes significant positions at Eli Lilly and Company from October 2007 to September 2016, including Finance Director for Europe and Canada, European Regional Controller, and UK Financial Controller. Rob began the professional journey at KPMG UK in a managerial role within Transaction Services from October 2004 to July 2005. Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
