Roger Yang

Roger Yang is an accomplished compliance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Compliance at Stryker, responsible for compliance oversight in China since March 2020. Prior to this role, Roger held key positions at Astellas Pharma US as Executive Director of Ethics and Compliance for East Asia and Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance, leading the China Compliance team to enhance the compliance governance framework. Roger's experience also includes serving as Regional Compliance Director for APAC at AstraZeneca, where a compliance strategy was developed to foster a sustainable compliance culture, and in various compliance and operational roles at CEVA Logistics, focusing on compliance strategies and lean management principles. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ming Chi University of Technology, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
