Ryan Avery

Ryan Avery is a Senior Staff Engineer in Mechanical at Stryker, where they have held various engineering roles since 2022. Prior to joining Stryker, they worked at Summit Polymers from 2013 to 2017, serving as an Engineering Intern and later as a Project Engineer and Engineering Specialist. Ryan began their career as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot from 2009 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University in 2015 after completing an Associate of Business at Glen Oaks Community College.
