Ryan De Petro

Ryan De Petro is the Director of Business Excellence at Stryker's Digital Robotics & Enabling Technology, where they focus on strategic project and program management. With a background in bioengineering applications, Ryan has held various leadership roles in the automotive, aerospace/defense, and medical device industries, including positions at BAE Systems and Roush. They have contributed to new product development and portfolio management as an Advisory Board member at the University of California, Irvine. Ryan earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, further enhancing their expertise through leadership programs at BAE Systems and Northwestern University.
