Scot Pierce is a finance leader with over 25 years of global accounting and finance experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Finance Operations at Stryker. Scot has a strong background in FP&A, controlling, operations, and general accounting functions, with a passion for delivering actionable insights that enhance business results. Previously, Scot held positions at companies such as International Paper, Wright Medical, Medtronic, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Schneider Electric, where they implemented successful process improvements and drove substantial cost savings. Scot earned a BS in Accounting from Purdue University.
