Simon Pang has extensive experience in engineering and management within the medical device industry, specifically at Stryker. From January 1999 to March 2012, Simon served as Senior Staff Engineer, managing development projects for advanced camera systems and light sources. As Principal Engineer, Simon led teams to create award-winning products recognized at the 2016 Stryker R&D summit. From March 2015 to February 2023, Simon held the position of Senior Principal Engineer, focusing on innovative CMOS sensor technology for flexible endoscopy, and currently serves as Technical Director since August 2022. Simon holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
