Sofie Grönevall

Sofie Grönevall possesses over a decade of experience in human resources, having held various roles in notable organizations. Sofie began a career in Trosa Kommun as a trainee in the HR Department before progressing to mentor at Lund University and group leader at Kristianstads kommun. A significant tenure at Mercedes-Benz Sverige spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Senior HR Business Partner. Following that, Sofie served in multiple positions at Stryker, culminating as Senior Human Resources Manager for the Nordics. Additional experience includes an HR Partner role at Svenska Vårdgruppen AB. Sofie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Human Resource and Work Life Science and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Resource Development and Labor Law, alongside several strategic HRM coursework credentials from Högskolan Kristianstad and Lunds universitet.
