Stella Radeva is a Senior Staff Engineer in Advanced Operations with extensive experience at Stryker. From 2006 to 2013, they served as a Process Technician, ensuring minimal equipment downtime. Following this role, Stella advanced to a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and later a Staff Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed processes and led qualifications for new production lines.
