Steve Kueffner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in M&A support and international consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Merger and Acquisition Support at Stryker since January 2017, Steve oversees HR planning and execution related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring thorough due diligence and integration planning. Prior to Stryker, Steve held the position of Director in the International Consulting Group at Willis Towers Watson from August 1996 to January 2017, where Steve led HR consulting for the Michigan and Ohio markets, focusing on M&A engagements, international benefits, and global total rewards analysis. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Oakland University.
