Stuart Silk

Stuart Silk is an accomplished leader in the medical technology sector, currently serving as President of Europe, Latin America, Canada, and EEMEA at Stryker since July 2015. Under Stuart Silk's leadership, Stryker has achieved record sales and market share growth, introduced innovative operating models and go-to-market strategies, and launched significant initiatives, such as public-private partnerships for surgeon training centers in Europe. Prior to this role, Stuart Silk held various leadership positions at Stryker from 2008 to 2015, successfully overseeing Southern Europe and fostering sales growth through strategic changes. Earlier experiences include managing Southern Europe at Farnell Electronics and leading global change management initiatives at CHEP. Stuart Silk holds a degree in Management Studies and Portuguese from the University of Leeds, along with completion of the Harvard Global Leadership Programme.
