Theo Dotson

Theo Dotson is a passionate and optimistic sales representative currently focusing on upper extremities at Stryker. With a history of achieving and surpassing sales quotas, they have been recognized as a Presidents Club winner and have consistently demonstrated a strong ability to build long-term relationships and educate medical professionals to improve patient outcomes. Prior to their current role, Theo excelled as a territory manager at Crosslink Orthopaedics/Stryker, and held positions at DePuy Synthes Companies and BG Medical. They hold a BBA in Marketing from Cumberland University and a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
