Thomas Karle

Thomas Karle is a Senior Manager in European Quality Systems for Trauma & Extremities at Stryker, building on a robust background in quality management and process optimization. Previously, they served in various roles including Assistant Manager for Quality Management and Staff Specialist at Stryker, as well as holding multiple positions at Alligator Ventilfabrik GmbH, where they focused on supply chain management and employee training. Thomas is currently pursuing a Master of Technical Management and has completed a leadership program at Harvard Business School.
