Toby Harding

Toby Harding is a seasoned security executive with over 20 years of cross-industry experience. Toby served as an Officer in the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment in the British Army, where leadership skills were honed during operational tours in Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, and Iraq. In various roles at Black & Veatch, Toby developed security initiatives and crisis management plans across the EMEA region, impacting significant projects. Toby has also held managerial positions at Pilgrims Group and Aegis Defence Services, focusing on physical security enhancements and tactical operations in high-threat environments. Currently, Toby is the Director of International Security at Stryker, continuing to drive risk management and leadership initiatives.
