Tom Bareato is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in commercial operations and bid management within the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Business Unit Director for Stryker in Northern Europe, Tom has held various leadership roles including Senior Director for Enterprise Accounts and Government Affairs, overseeing market access and cross-specialty negotiations. Previously, Tom was instrumental in commercial operations for Bausch + Lomb UK and has accumulated significant capabilities in strategic business planning, sales analytics, and contract management across multiple organizations. Tom holds a Diploma in International Commercial and Contract Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MA in International Security Studies from the University of Hull.
