Traci Peck

Traci Peck is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Stryker since November 2005, currently serving as Sr Director of IT Compliance Assurance & Cybersecurity Delivery. Traci has held various leadership roles including Director of Global Security, Risk & Compliance, Director of IS Application Services, and Director of eWorkplace & Customer Experience, among others. Responsibilities have included managing global teams, leading organizational change, and driving strategic initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes co-owning Encore Communications, a networking and telecommunications company, and teaching Networking at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Traci holds a MSIA in Information Assurance from Norwich University, a Bachelor of Science in Cisco Network Engineering from Davenport University, and completed the Stryker Global Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
