Wei Chiu

Wei Chiu is an experienced sourcing and engineering professional with over a decade at Stryker, where roles have included Associate Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Lead, driving cost-saving initiatives and managing supplier performance. Prior positions at Stryker also include Staff Sourcing Engineer, achieving significant annual savings through supply chain optimization, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, leading successful projects that addressed customer complaints and manufacturing challenges. Wei Chiu contributed to the STEM Program at Western Michigan University as Co-Chair of the Peer Mentor/Tutor Advisory Committee, and served in leadership roles in Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi, focusing on re-establishing chapters and effective communication. Wei Chiu holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Western Michigan University.
