Will Wilson

Will Wilson is an accomplished Manager in Planning and Purchasing at Stryker, responsible for leading a team overseeing a $120 million purchasing strategy, improving key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Wilson also serves as Sr. Operations Manager (Company Commander) in the Mississippi Army National Guard, overseeing the health and training of 140 soldiers and managing substantial military assets. Previously, Wilson held the role of Site Procurement Manager at Amazon, successfully managing a $30 million spend and implementing strategies that improved procurement efficiency and reduced costs. Wilson holds a B.A. in Psychology from Christian Brothers University and has further education from The University of Memphis.
