Luke Weil

Luke Weil is a seasoned business executive currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. since November 2024. As a founder and chairman of multiple Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), including Andina Acquisition Corp. III and Andina Acquisition Corp. II, Weil has significant experience in pursuing investments in the Americas, particularly the Andean region. Additionally, Weil co-founded Rios Nete, a non-profit clinic in Peru, and the Long Island Marine Purification Initiative, addressing water quality issues. With board roles at Stryve Foods and other organizations, Weil brings a wealth of expertise, supported by an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
