Max Steinhoff

Max Steinhoff has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Co-Founder & CEO at STRYZA since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Venture Development Manager at wattx from 2020 to 2022. Max also gained experience as an Interim Head of E-Commerce at Carl Wilhelm Clasen GmbH in 2021. In 2020, Max served as an Interim Product Owner - Power as a Service at Viessmann and as an Interim Business Development Lead - Notify at NETZSCH Group. In addition, they worked as a Visiting Consultant at Millennium bcp in 2019, as a Visiting Business Developer at Rocket Internet SE in 2017, as a Visiting Analyst at EY in 2016, as a Visiting Consultant at zeb consulting in 2016, and as a Visiting Analyst at Bankhaus Metzler in 2015.

Max Steinhoff began their education journey in 2012 when they enrolled at the University of Hamburg. Max pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2016. During their time at the university, they also had the opportunity to broaden their horizon by participating in the Bali International Program on Asian Studies at Udayana University in 2014.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Max decided to further their education and enrolled at Università Bocconi in 2017. Max pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Management, which they successfully completed in 2019. During their master's program, they also had the opportunity to participate in the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they earned the CEMS MIM degree in International Management.

Seeking additional knowledge and skill development, Max obtained several certifications. In 2016, they achieved a GMAT score of 710 (91st percentile) from the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™). In 2017, they obtained a TOEFL score of 117 from The TOEFL® test.

In recent years, Max has also obtained certifications in various fields. In 2020, they completed the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org and the CFA Investment Foundations certification from the CFA Institute. In 2020, they also completed a certification in Digital Product Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. More recently, in 2021, Max obtained certifications in Digital Transformation in Manufacturing from Aveo Learning and in Blockchain Technology from Blockchain at Berkeley.
