Welcome to the Spark Shed: Shadow & Shine Edition
I’m not here to coach you by the hour or play therapist anymore[#]. Those days are behind me—what excites me now is real conversation, creative sparks, and the honest interplay between shadow and shine[#]. Life isn’t all about endless sunshine, success, or unicorns dancing on rainbows; it’s about surfing the wind and the waves, riding out both the darkness and the light, and finding exuberance in the whole spectrum[#].

If you’re wrestling with your shadow or ready to step into your shine (or, let’s be honest, a bit of both), you’re in good company here[#]. This is a space where we riff, reflect, and create—not to “fix” anyone, but to see what happens when we show up as our whole selves, shadows included[#].

What do I actually do?
I call them “Spark Sessions,” but really, it’s about showing up as humans, trading stories, ideas, and sometimes just laughing at the absurdity of it all[#]. No scripts, no pressure, no “fixing.” Sometimes we swap services, sometimes we just share snacks and stories. If something creative or useful comes out of it, even better[#].

I’m not interested in being your guru or your hourly life mechanic[#]. I’m interested in what happens when two people drop the roles and get curious together—where shadow meets shine and sparks fly[#].

The stage is open. Bring your spark, your shadows, and your shine. Snacks encouraged[#].

Its clear I have never held any of these positions :

- CEO of a multi-million company with hundreds of employees
- High ranking UK Police Comissioner
- HR and recruitment manager of 1000’s of employees
- TV presenter
- Head of fundraising for a charity
- Divisional trainer in a UK Bank
- Coach for a country Karate team

But I have connected with them and as a result discover the change they were looking for in themselves and their lives!
