Kathleen Stuart

Kathleen Stuart has extensive work experience in public affairs, strategic communication, and political advising. Kathleen is currently the CEO and Founder of Stuart Collective, a woman-owned public affairs and strategic communication firm based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that, they served as a Political Advisor for the Oregon House of Representatives and as the Executive Director of FuturePAC | Oregon House Democrats. Kathleen also worked as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the Oregon Health Care Association and as the Deputy Director for the Senate Democratic Leadership Fund. Kathleen has experience in outreach and advocacy as the Director of Outreach for the State of Oregon and as a Senior Associate for Mission North. Kathleen began their career as an Account Executive for Blanc & Otus.

Kathleen Stuart has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from Western Oregon University. Kathleen also obtained a Certificate in Spanish Language from Universidad de Oviedo. In 2014, they participated in the Grassroots Victory Program guide and mentor at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C. Additionally, they attended a program at Wellstone Action in the same year.
