Declan Horan is a Level 3 NDE Superintendent with certifications including CGSB UT3, MT3, PT2, API 510, and IRATA Rope Access Level 3. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Science from MacEwan University, they have extensive experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and supervision, currently leading NDT program development and technician mentoring at Stuart Olson Inc. Previously, Declan worked as a Rope Access NDT technician at Acuren, where they performed various inspection techniques and managed junior staff.
