Marçal Gabaldà

Marçal Gabaldà, Ph.D., is an experienced data scientist with expertise in machine learning and data analysis within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Stuart since December 2020, Marçal has progressed through roles of Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist in the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Bigfinite Inc. as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer, where Marçal focused on analyzing production process data and implementing machine learning tools. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master's in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences from the same institution. Marçal’s research experience encompasses visiting researcher roles at reputable institutions such as the University of California San Diego and Imperial College London, as well as several research positions in data analysis and computational modeling.
