Razvan Lacatusu is currently the Head of Engineering at Stuart, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Razvan served as Engineering Manager at Glovo from June 2023 to October 2025 and held various roles at THG, including Engineering Manager from January 2020 to December 2022, Engineering Lead, and Software Engineer from July 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, Razvan has been an active member of the European Youth Parliament since September 2013, where responsibilities included project management and training on leadership and project management across multiple events in ten countries. Razvan also gained experience as a Peer Mentor at The University of Manchester while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Industrial Experience from 2015 to 2019 and completed an internship as a Hardware Engineer there in mid-2016.
