Joseph B. is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Service Operations at StubHub since July 2022. Previously, Joseph held the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Success at Bambee from June 2021 to July 2022, where leadership was provided to various customer-facing teams supporting over $18M ARR for 8,000 SMBs. Joseph also contributed to ZipRecruiter from June 2016 to June 2021 in multiple roles, culminating as Vice President, Enterprise Customer Success, overseeing teams managing over $110M ARR. Earlier career experience includes positions at ZipRecruiter and Blue Global Media, where skills in customer operations, analytics, and campaign optimization were developed.
