Asta B.

Asta B. is an experienced Android Engineer currently employed at Pion since May 2023. Prior to this role, Asta took a career break between March 2022 and May 2023, during which extensive travel provided opportunities to learn about different cultures and technology needs. Asta's notable past positions include Android Developer/Manager at Sky from July 2015 to March 2022, where contributions included improving a Kotlin-based Android Service app and building microservices, as well as a Software Ruby Engineer role focused on web app and microservice development using Ruby frameworks. Additional experience includes web development roles at On the Beach Ltd, Dubit Limited, Sweet Squared LLP, and UAB SameSystem, with a foundational background in programming and office administration. Asta holds a Master's degree in Computer Modeling and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Vilnius University.
