Rich Holgate

Rich Holgate is the current Chief of Staff at Student Beans. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Advisor at Acosta Europe and a People Operations Manager at Levy UK. In their role as HR Advisor, they provided commercially focused advice and operational support to managers on all ER issues in line with company procedures, developed and delivered company policies and guidelines, and was responsible for building relationships with all levels of management to provide expert knowledge on complex employee issues. As People Operations Manager at Levy UK, they were responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, performance management, absence management, and termination procedures. Rich also oversaw the delivery of change management communication and operational support during periods of organizational change, such as TUPE and redundancy.

Rich Holgate has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Gloucestershire.

They are on a team with Jenny Crawford - Chief People Officer, Vincent Siebert - CTO, and Mark Walker - Chief Operating & Revenue Officer. Their manager is Michael Eder, CEO.
