Our work focuses on post secondary students from equity deserving communities, including newcomers to Canada, Indigenous First Nations Inuit and Métis learners, and students of colour who often face compounded barriers to employment. Too many students are expected to navigate career preparation, immigration questions, financial literacy, and mental wellbeing supports on their own. SCG™ brings these elements together in one integrated ecosystem of support.

Our flagship ASPIRE Program anchors this work, complemented by scalable eModules, career coaching and mentorship, mental health and wellbeing supports, and immigration guidance delivered through trusted partners. By blending AI supported tools with human centred coaching and community expertise, we provide practical, accessible pathways that reflect the real world students are preparing to enter.
