Forrest Fowler is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and entrepreneurship. As the Chief Technology Officer and Cofounder of Student First Technologies since January 2019, Forrest has been instrumental in delivering technology solutions that support effective school choice programs, managing over $300 million in education funding across 15 states through the platform "Theodore." Previously, as the Managing Partner and Lead Developer at SID3CAR Co. from May 2012 to January 2022, Forrest led the development of numerous SaaS products for startups in various sectors, including education and finance. Additionally, Forrest co-founded Cowork Bloomington, a collaborative workspace, in 2013. Forrest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
