“Studenten hebben dorst” is an initiative for students, by students; A movement that focuses on the personal leadership development of students. Why do we do this? Because 1 in every 8 students suffer from chronicle burn-out symptoms, 1 in every 5 graduates look back at their choice of study with regret, and 2 in every 3 professionals in the Netherlands aren't fulfilled with their daily jobs.

With SHD we help students to reduce their stress level, become more conscious of their qualities define their mission statement to guide them in their future. 

Our accomplishments so far: 
- Published Hollands' first persona leadership handbook specifically for students  in partnership with TU Delft foundation. www.studentenhebbendorst.nl/shop

- Organising a first ever symposium about personal leadership for students on the 1st of March 2018 at the TU Delft campus.. The aim inspire students to invest in their personal leadership development.  High potential students will be matched with corporate life, based upon their knowledge, skills AND values during.
