They focus on innovation through standardization, with emphasis on smart grids, energy transition, and data exchange. They serve as Secretary and Member of the Board at Virtual Switzerland (the Network for eXtended Realities) since 2016. They are a Member of the Innovation Council at Innosuisse since 2024 and a member of the academic council at HEPIA since 2019. They hold the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Studer Innotec since 2024 and act as Technical Director at the DLMS User Association since 2023.
