Adèle Roux

Adèle Roux is currently the Head of Recruitment and Employer Brand at Studi, where they lead the recruitment team and define strategies to enhance the employer brand. With past experience as an HRBP for a consultancy specializing in finance and IT, Adèle has also served as a key account manager and headhunter in Shanghai, providing HR consulting to international clients. Previously, they have held various HR roles in notable companies like TOTAL and HSBC, developing a strong foundation in recruitment and HR project management. Adèle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse.
