The Studierendenwerk Münster is the social partner of around 60,000 students at universities in Münster and Steinfurt.
We create the conditions for successful studying – with social services.

With our canteens and cafeterias, residential facilities, student financing (BAföG), social counselling and other support services, we accompany students through their everyday student life.

As an employer, we stand for a cooperative, appreciative and health-conscious management culture. Our management guidelines are based on responsibility, transparency, diversity and mutual trust. We promote solution-oriented thinking, actively involve employees and see mistakes as an opportunity for further development.

Diversity is a reality for us. We take a firm stand against discrimination and are committed to equal opportunities and work-life balance.
