Studio 1 Catering is built on hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. We bring creativity, grit, and care to every event, creating experiences that feel as effortless as they are memorable.

At Studio 1, culture comes before titles, tasks, or résumés. We hire for heart and hospitality first, because skills can be taught but attitude and care cannot. No matter the role—chef, server, manager, or advancer—every team member lives the same values:

Hospitality: People come first, always.

Teamwork: Built on trust, connection, and accountability.

Flexibility: Calm, adaptable, and solutions-driven under pressure.

Excellence: Details, energy, and drive in everything we do.

Growth: Constant learning, feedback, and improvement.

For our clients, this means service you can feel, events that exceed expectations, and a partner who solves challenges with creativity and professionalism.

For our team, it means a workplace where excellence and fun coexist, where feedback fuels growth, and where excuses and shortcuts never make the cut.

Culture you can taste. Service you can feel. That’s Studio 1.
