Studio 483 was established in 2015, when Gere Dismer Architects joined forces with Scholtz Gowey Gere Marolf (SGGM) Architects bringing together nearly 40 years of architectural expertise, and an architectural lineage which dates back to 1871. With offices in downtown Rock Island and downtown Davenport, our professional staff are flexible and work passionately in pursuit of the best solutions for our clients and stakeholders in a project.

At Studio 483 we focus on providing the best service to our clients by tailoring each project to meet their specific program needs. The collaboration with our consultants and clients is a direct reflection of the rich heritage gained from combining the experience of the architectural firms over the years. We provide direct principal involvement, seek to obtain and maintain the best professional staff, implement advanced digital technology, promote adaptive reuse and sustainability, and incorporate creative solutions through the team approach to design in each project.
