Matt R. is a technology and software development expert with extensive experience in AI, product management, and business operations. As Co-Founder of Studio Charter since September 2024, Matt oversees key areas including technology development, IT management, and business strategy. Previously, as Head of Product at Aptible, Matt focused on 0-1 product development in AI. Matt played a pivotal role at Source Digital as VP of Data and Analytics, shaping the company's data product roadmap, following an acquihire from Kimball, where Matt was also Co-Founder. Notable contributions include defining product strategies that enhance customer value and prevent churn. In addition to previous roles in leadership and consulting for several technology startups, Matt has been an active speaker at numerous conferences, sharing insights on DevOps and software development practices. Matt holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Computer Science from Miami University.
