Rick Raven has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Rick began their career as a Business Strategist while freelancing. In 2007, they became Co-Founder and VP of Talent Management at PBH Creative. In 2010, they took on the role of Assistant Coach- Speech and Debate at the Urban Assembly School for Law and Justice. In 2011, they were Lead Crackerjack at Fab.com, where they were instrumental in transforming the Crackerjacks from a 2 person team into a 70+ person global operation. In 2014, they became General Manager at Mark Fisher Fitness, where they designed, staffed, and trained on an entirely new structure for the both front and back of the house customer service teams. In 2015, they were Director of Merchant Operations at Zapper.com, where they had direct responsibility for all US post-sales operations including three distinct teams. In 2016, they became Director, Client Success at ExecOnline, Inc. In 2017, they were Senior Manager- Continuous Improvement at Namely. In 2020, they became VP of Customer Operations at Studio Designer and Speech and Debate Coach at The Archer School for Girls.

Rick Raven has attended Harvard University and the University of Missouri-Columbia, studying Business. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams from LinkedIn.
