Robert Boucher

Robert Boucher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Robert is currently employed as a Cloud Architect at Studio Designer, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Cloud Architect for Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining AWS, Robert was a Senior Cloud Architect at CGI from 2019 to 2020. Robert also worked at Amazon Web Services from 2016 to 2019, first as a Cloud Support Engineer I - BigData and later as a Cloud Support Engineer I - EC2 Windows.

Prior to their roles at Amazon, Robert served as an IT Manager at issuetrak from 2015 to 2016, where they were the main point of contact for IT issues and requests. Robert also managed IT assets and infrastructure and built and configured IIS/SQL Server testing environments. Before that, they were an IT Administrator at issuetrak from 2014 to 2015.

Robert's earlier experience includes working as a Network Engineer I at Teklogic Inc from 2012 to 2014, where they managed the day-to-day workflow of tickets and provided technical support. Robert also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Cegedim Relationship Management from 2011 to 2012, where they documented case information and facilitated issue escalation.

In 2008, Robert had an internship at Metso Minerals BMH.

Robert Boucher's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Network Security from ECPI University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Tidewater Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued Computer Science. Robert's high school education took place at West Potomac High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed Advanced Studies in General Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Robert Boucher has also acquired additional certifications. Robert obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2020. Prior to that, in August 2019, they earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from the same institution.
