Robert Strootman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert currently serves as the Director at CFO Systems, LLC, where they provide finance, procurement, and human resources expertise. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Partner at Studio Distilling, where they implemented operational changes to drive profitability and growth. Robert also has experience as a Strategy Management Consultant, supporting various clients in developing business strategies in different industries. In addition, they worked as a Sourcing and Asset Leader at Braun Intertec Corporation, where they established a new business unit overseeing procurement and asset management functions. Furthermore, they held roles such as Procurement Manager and Manager of S&OP Excellence at Syngenta, Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at Thomson Reuters, Manager at Northwest Airlines Inc, Staff Manager at Northwest Airlines Inc., Product Development Specialist at Venturix, and Financial Analyst at Clark Consulting - Healthcare Group. Throughout their career, they have successfully led projects, negotiated contracts, developed strategies, and implemented cost-saving initiatives.

Robert Strootman completed their Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota in 2004. Robert also obtained an MBA in Operations & Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in the same year.
