Steven Phan

Sven Phan is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Studio.init() since April 2023, Sven leads UX and creative teams. Prior roles include Founding Designer at Milk Road, where Sven played a key role in growing the subscriber base to over 225,000 and expanding the team from 4 to over 30 employees. As a Senior Product Designer at Coinbase, Sven contributed to the development of Web3 payment solutions during the company's first IPO. Additionally, during time at Google, Sven was the lead UX/UI Designer for iOS products, including two Apple Watch Apps. Sven began a career as a Fitness Instructor at Barry's and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Simon Fraser University.
