At Studio J we teach unique and specialised Indian dance styles, including Bollywood, Bhangra, South Indian Street Dance, Kathak, Bharatanatyam, and Bhangra HipHop. Enrol now and learn from our incredible line-up of world-class professional dancers. We take pride in presenting classes that are relevant and engaging for today’s students.

Most classes are taught as 8 week courses so that students can follow a structured routine and grasp the fundamentals of each style. At the end of the course, our students create and feature in their own dance videos. Our courses are suitable for absolute beginners and for those with previous experience. Some dance styles are highly technical, and ongoing enrolment is recommended to develop competency. Others are great for fitness and fun. Whichever the style, we hope to instill the love of dance in all our students.

Studio J also offers a variety of dance programs such as private classes, school incursion programs and special guest workshops. Our teachers and dancers can also be hired for shows, festivals and event entertainment.

All our classes are held at Level 1, 147 Swan St, Richmond (entrance via Waverley St).
